he did stay in his own lane, but he shifted from the center of the lane to the right side to prevent me from passing. You can’t see it in the video, but he stared at me in his side and rear view mirrors. He then followed up by occupying both lanes after the right hand turn…. Ok….

It appears that way, 0:09 see how he moved closer to the shoulder… now I was quick to say something only because how deliberate he was at closing off where I was going to filter past him. After the turn what was the point of occupying both lanes 0:26 pretty much to the next light. If you ride you know.

@@TheDucatiDads Don't need to be a rider to know it's illegal to lane split on the shoulder, even here in California.
