None of them. Both have pretty understandable motives, both were running legit businesses. Take Mrs. Tweedy for example. When I was a kid, of course, I was rooting for the chickens but now as an adult I understand her motives: a farmer who only wants to find a way to make her business more profitable because she wants to increase her standard of living and get out of poverty. She feels she is not earning enough and I tend to believe her, considering she's a famer in the Yorkshire of the 1950s. Now take the chef: he's a guy who takes his work very seriously, who's very dedicated to his work and runs a prestigious restaurant specializing in cooking ducks in New York City in the 2020s. They are only "evil" because they pose a threat to the birds in the films they appear in, but from a human perspective their motives are legitimate.

The chef isn't doing anything illegal, he's just buying meat for his restaurant. Of course, on the ducks' perspective he's a threat, but on a human perspective, he's just a chef who's taking his job very seriously (perhaps because his restaurant specializing in ducks has a certain prestige). And if there are people who consider that raising and killing animals to eat them is immoral, in this case it is the very fact of consuming meat that is criminalized all across the world. That's another debate but there's nothing wrong with eating meat.
