Hi, Sumit bhai...welcome to UAE..I am also from Kolkata.But now i am working in Goverment of Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity..

Shoumit - I was in Abu Dhabi in 1982. That time it was Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan the ruler of 7 Emirates. My father worked for Ruwais Refinery - Part of ADNOC(Abu Dhabi National Oil Company). Ruwais Refinery was 950 kns from Dubai. It took about 4 .5 hrs to get to Dubai. Speed of the car was 180 Kms/hr. Lovely memories. Used to fly GULF AIR in those years.
