Been to Dubai in 2008 and another time in 2017 .The way it changed in so few years was absolutely incredible.If you weren’t there,you can’t understand the magic of it.
I was there in the beginning of the years and yes when you are in marina Dubai it's like Miami

Yeah and hopefully the US could also have the same infrastructure status as its infrastructure is really crumbling down to pieces while Dubai's infrastructure is growing at a high pace.

Dubai is not what it appears to be. There's no substance inside the shiny new exterior. No culture and the only place to go to is a mall, restaurant or clubs.

@NSX 55 I mean it’s just there is no car which is weird. There is a lot of people who are working very early in hospital or construction but there is not a lot of population in Dubai and it’s very big so that’s normal that people are spread out.
What an apt title - "Dubai - Miami of the Middle East." How true it is. Similar style, tall buildings, wonderful beaches and lot of glamour!

It was probably like 5am, the sun rises very early there. I was in October 2019 and it like that: People/business start to wonk kinda late around 9/10am... The city is so clean and it has a very nice perfume everywhere, it's a dream. People are very polite and respectful. We did have a great time during 2 weeks in Dubai. I'm glad I got to visit it.
Since I have visited UAE 🇦🇪 I love keep watching it again and again, it looks really awesome. Thank you for the video

Great video refreshed my memories from our last trip to UAE. I went to Dubai Last year in March. I stayed in Deira.Found lots of people there. Also the gold souk was pretty packed even BurDubai and downtown was. Even traffic in peak hours was real headache. Had a nice small ferry ride from Bur Dubai to Gold Souk. In Deira we saw a lot of immigrants from South Asia- Indians, Pakistan’s, Afghanis ,Nepali Bangladeshi and Filipinos. This is possibly because of the pandemic and its early morning. But yes ppl do prefer cars more rather then walking coz of the heat. I totally loved it their would love to see Dubai again. ❤️ from India 🇮🇳 .

@Osama Bin laden Cute! As you can see, I was referring to how Dubai went from nothing to almost rivaling centuries-old top cities London and Paris in a very short time. I also think Dubai is like Las Vegas, in a desert where a big city usually isn't maybe dependent on water from elsewhere. I don't know.

Came here after watching your Cairo video. Night and day difference in driving haha. Looks like the roads of Dubai were built for testing the max speed of high-end vehicles. I can imagine several locals speeding down the road in their Ferraris and Bugattis.

You captured the life of the city very well
You should drive in the old city, karama, deira, old parts if dubai for more authentic vibes. Also, drive in Abu Dhabi and it's islands while you're at it. The route to Fujairah or Khor Fakkan is good too, a couple of hours but it has nice mountain roads and tunnels. Drive on E311 near mirdif, you might catch a few good A380 landings in your video if you're lucky.
Wow the lights actually blinking Green before turning yellow. I wish they would implement a similar system here in the states. This would be helpful for CDL drivers who can't stop on a dime. Also you can't make a right on RED out their?

@@lIlBLANKlIl So what. Dubai isn't a real city, it's an empty ass shithole wannabe of Western Cities. It's just a tourist town and nothing else, there is no real economy in Dubai 😂. Your government spends more money on attracting Americans and Europeans than employing its own people, that's why nobody wants to live there; it'll always be a "Disneyland".
