The first spin of the rotor blades was really exciting, as well as how well they worked in low wind speed once turning.
I measured up to around 30VAC and 3A between 2 phases in the 10-20kmph ave. wind conditions. This could be a potential power of around 75W (after voltage drop is accounted for).
I ended up trimming the hub for the 3 bladed design - which reduces weight and allows better air flow.
The blades were also trimmed down by 300mm each, which effectively reduces diameter by 0.6m, however, the benefits gained by increasing RPM suits the generators better, as well as less flexing of the rotor assembly.
I have just picked up another 42 pole stator so will work on getting that wired up (might do a star connection) and then hook the turbine up to the batteries to begin some real world testing.

    Great video I am in the UK trying to make wind turbines, you should get it on a tower it will be much better with your skills you could easily do it !! subb'd and looking forward to watching some of your videos !!!

    Hi, can you make a video where you explain better the other parts? How they work and what are they (brakes, caliper, tail stop, linear actuator, and so on). Also, the part that closes the wind direction tool. Thank you in advance :D

    Is any from your turbines (wind, water) working producing more than 100W in longer time (say hours, not minutes)?

    Go for the voltage (speed) not and later convert that more voltage into current by buck convertor
