You are welcome. I used to zoom on every photo I liked on the internet to see placement of lights then try it myself. Learned a lot from it

True, one can zoom into the eyes and check to see the lights used. However in this case, it seems to me that only the two rim lights are used with a reflector placed in front to reflect back the lights into the front. Otherwise, there is no way that a rim light at 45° at the back will show as catchlight in the eyes.
