I've been looking through some of your old videos, and really enjoy them! As a fellow techie, I love to hear that you are enthusiastic about tinkering with the (3)DS. It's also great to see how the filming setup has improved. I'm always looking forward to new videos. Recently I have found a deep appreciation for the Dragon Quest series, and have been playing through the original trilogy. All the best from Canada!

I took a look at your DS Pile, I dont think I saw the game Contact in your collection. If you're still looking for something new I think you would enjoy that game a lot.

That is correct - I don't have Contact. I remember looking at ordering it years ago, but didn't. And then ofc the rarity and price shot up. 😕

Hi there. I wonder if you would ever make a video of rating all your 3DS games out of 10 and telling us why you scored it that way? I'm mostly interested in what you think of Fire Emblem but I do want to know your opinions about other games as well. It seems you have about 95 games and speak about each game for 2 - 5 minutes.

No, I would never do that. I don't suppose you have seen many of my videos; I avoid rankings and scoring games against each other. It's very much *not* my approach to games and how to appreciate them. I know these types of videos (Top 20 etc.) attract attention, but that's not what I'm interested in. I have 198 DS/3DS games. I am planning a video on 3DS Fire Emblems, but on a small scale.

@@Food4Dogs ah I didn't look close enough. I thought those were all 3DS games. Also thanks for answering again, I see. I don't like comparing games to each other but I do like rating them for my enjoyability. I rate all the anime I've watched which is 319 which is why I asked. I usually rate higher than others though. About 50 of those shows I rated 10/10 even though the majority of people rate 30 of those shows I rated 10/10 to be 7/10 or 7.5/10 Yay I'm looking forward to that Fire Emblem video :) My 2 favourite in order 1. Echoes (amazing dungeon. Love how you can run around as Alm and Celica. Best voice acting. Amazing cutscenes. And a lot more) 2. Conquest (what I would actually choose if I was Corrin. From what we know in Birthright, they are your birth family but they are still strangers. I'd try to change the family that raised me from the inside even though it's harder. Also I like the Nohr cast more. My favourite is Silas. I like Laslow as well but his best pair is with Azura. I like Kaden and even though his fur looks soft, he is pretty narcicistic about it. I like Keaton's and her daughter's personality more but they are pretty disgusting, never cleaning their tails, having full of gunk in them and collecting dead and rotting items as suveniers. Can't have that as a husband hahah. I actually do like Japanese artstyle more but for some reason I still like Nohr in game more Woops not a lot of people to talk about Fire Emblem with me. I only have 1 friend and she isn't a gamer. I still have Yokai watch 3 to play and other 7 - 9 games. I've just finished like 30 games. Not sure how someone can buy a console, play 10 games on it, then move on to another console and leave the previous one forever

@@naylisyazwina6836 It would seem a waste to me to buy a console and then only play 10 games on it - but I have heard of people who buy a console basically only for one big game, and then maybe play a few others. That's it. To me that's weird, but hey. My approach will be to look at the FE games purely from the perspective how I enjoyed them - i.e. my personal memory of them. That's entirely *subjective*. I don't assign numbers because they give the illusion of being 'objective', but are in fact no such thing. I had to assign scores to games as a game reviewer years ago, and I guess that has influenced my views on the topic a lot.

@@Food4Dogs yup I'm excited for that. I rate games and anime all subjectively. I'm not sure if it's because of my autism or not but I just like putting something out of 10 for anything. Like how comfy the clothes are or how amazing the food is or how amazing the book was. It's not that I'm not grateful for the food or the game I completed but I just like putting a number to things. I hate math a lot in school but even if I went to a hotel I would in my head have a score of the place and if it had a bathtub, I would rate the bathtub seperatally. I do have an interest in tierlist, not to see if they match my own but I like to see which are people's favourite and which aren't. When I look at game reviews, I don't look for a out of 10 score but instead I just look to see if the game is worth playing. Because from the 319 anime I've watched, I've only dropped 1 called Hand Shakers. I really just know what anime I would like, same thing with books but I did end up finishing the terrible book, Closed For The Season I think it's called. I do have 3 or 4 exclusive games I wish to play on a PS4 I would never get. I could borrow my friend's for a year, buy the games and play them but yeah I wouldn't buy a whole console because of it. I'm choosing a Switch over PS4 purely because of Fire Emblem Three Houses and a lot of the games I want are also on the Switch. I'm still playing my PS3, have like 30 games left to play. Are you a book reader as well or just gamer?
