@@notmyname7016oh, no doubt about dodging cars on cell phones! And, just ignorant people 'pulling out in front of you!'. Almost every time I go on a ride, almost.. intersections are the worst. I've learned that from day one, don't expect to just slide through an intersection... slow down, Wait, make '''eye-contact''' with the ya-hoo coming the other way, then roll on through.. I've had people, (mostly women drivers, with a carload of kids) pull right out in front of me, ...and then Stop!?!? Looking at me, like I am doing something wrong?? 😮 It's crazy, they would never do that shit to me, if I was in my Truck! 😅

Firstly I have to thank you for that incredibly kind shout out about my channel .I really appreciate the support and encouragement.. you're a legend. This video is very engaging and as always ,interesting from start to finish. Discussing thought provoking topics and observations while ripp'n wheelies on winding roads is a skill all on its own. Loved that pearl of wisdom you casually dropped in , "You can rely on every moment to pass, but you can't rely on what each moment will bring " ...damn....thats a beauty! I actually wrote that one down . Thanks again, Cheers my friend 🍺

On my second year of riding. 2018 Grom with 1200 my miles - would recommend for in town commutes if your shorter than 6ft. 2016 Versys 650 with 1000 of my miles - good for longer highway rides, 2 up or moto camping. 2019 drz400s with 1000 of my miles - favorite bike, I most enjoy fire road riding, makes me feel like a hooligan riding over curbs and stuff in town.

I bought a 22 DRZ sm with 4800 miles 2 days ago. It's been babied and I'm dying to get on it. Taking the motorcycle class in one day!! I don't know what it was about seeing this bike for the first time 4yrs ago while riding my bicycle. I told myself, self, your going to be riding one of those. And viola it manifested. So stoked to find your channel. This confirms my gut intuition to buy this bike. I did ride it 2xs illegally but i had to. I love your attitude bro we have the same humor... What a great way to live! Another awesome video really enjoyed it. Well I,m 62 my DRZ is 16 yrs old with 14000 miles on it I use it regularly around 100+ miles a week it does a genuine 75mpg(bone stock) and I would definitely recommend it;The only problem here in the UK is we have not had DRZ,s since 08 so a lot of them are now wrecked and it is difficult to find a nice one. I was talking to the owner of dealership where mine came from all those years ago and he said if Suzuki brought the DRZ back he would have a queue down the street of customers wanting them it just shows you. Ride safe from the UK Martin

Bought mine two months after you got yours. Although, I didn't stumble across your channel until after that.. but, it's the same bike. (Well, mine is, I didn't change much from stock.). Almost have 4000 miles, 3750, I think) Aside from the initial 600 break-in oil change, I've decided to change it every 2000, no matter what the manual says.. going to be doing the 3rd oil and filter change this weekend. Man, I was out riding last week and was actually returning from a fairly long ride, (120 mile) and I was just cutting through the last little town, before I was about to enter the homestretch and I'm just passing the police station and about to exit the limits and a Yellow Jacket hit me right on my eyebrow! It got stuck for a moment on my glasses leg and then it wedged up inside the edge of my helmet! Stung me and bit me a couple times before I could pull over and stop! I yanked the helmet off and looked for it, but it was already gone! Frickin thing hurt like hell! Lucky to have my glasses on or it would have got me right in the eye! All the poison settled in below my eye and swelled up a little bit. But, if it had got me in the eye.. that would have sucked!!

2007 drz400 27,676 miles 434 big bore fcr39 slant stage 1 hotcams black widow exhaust. Still going strong. Ain't nothing to bring it up in 4th with my new slant. Link in the comments of previous video. That previous clone was lacking the new one is better. The needles that come with them are junk rich then junky lean. You have to get a proper air box adapter then a good d series needle DVT DVS DVR lean to rich I run off and leave my buddies sm with 2200 miles on it I get him by at least 7 bike lengths. when dealing with carburetors vacuum signals are super important and those red velocity stacks leave the top end out of breath

A line drive to the sack and bird 🐦 droppings lol lol lol . I couldn't breath man . I was playing with the idea getting a DRZ SM . I'll probably go with more aggressive tires though . It be more like a pure 50/50 bike I guess . Just wet riding to the point things turn to mud, time to hit the black top . Or just get a S model then problem solved. I was gonna get the DRZs but if I wanna to hard riding it will be cheaper getting dirt bike wheels to swap out then trying to put street tires on the DRZs .

It be more like a pure 50/50 bike I guess . Just wet riding to the point things turn to mud, time to hit the black top . Or just get a S model then problem solved.
