Inflammation, "insomnia", constantly sleeping in late, dry/wrinkled skin, increased stress/anxiety the day after drinking were all reasons I quit drinking. Going 30 days without drinking has so many benefits, one being self-control...

Doing Dry Jan in Australia 🇦🇺 our Summer 🔥 which has it’s challenges but still going strong, have been cutting down last few years but still had 25 binge sessions last year that is problematic
