Just normal antic to delay the tests so she sober up by the time they arrive. Same goes for claiming need of medical attention, the more you delay the better chances of lowering your alcohol levels. That is why every car should get towed, at least the annoyance and fee can't be diminished.

This cop deserves to be bitch slapped and reprimanded. You're supposed to DEESCALATE the situation, not make things worse with an unstable woman. This is why by the time the CO gets to the booking they catch all the ire that should be directed at the cops. DUI is very serious, but she wasn't gun or drug running, child trafficking or anything so egregious he couldn't have waited a few minutes for her to come out of the bathroom. There is literally no where else she could have gone.
