We used to have some larger busses in Manchester a few years ago, they were Leyland Olympions in Stagecoach Magic Bus livery. I belive we had them in service years ago, sold them to China for a few years and then bought them back to re-entre them into service!

Ahh thanks for the info. I have a model of a Stagecoach Manchester Magic Bus by Creative Master Northcord, its around 10 years old now! I really enjoy getting models of local busses and trains.

Also I'd like to add that I spotted another Volvo B9TL with the same livery running on the same route but had the registration RG9525 in Hong Kong.

Its the same one as this but then enviro 500. Now to await its arrival. Wont be able to sleep lol.

Gong hei fat choy means congratulations and be prosperous and this romanisation comes from the Cantonese way of saying it usually said during Chinese New Year. Xin nian kuai le means happy new year and is romanised from the mandarin of saying it. Source: Me (I speak both languages)

Hello, I imported this one directly from Hong Kong as these models are not usually available in the UK by default. Google "Network Shuttle" as he should be able to help you get this model as I often buy HK model buses from his website. Best Regards Ash

Both of these models are great mate. I do intend to get the Enviro 500 model later if its still available to mark off a great year for me. I can't wait until KMB commission a Euro V spec Enviro 500 as I would like to review that model as something new. By the way has your model arrived yet mate? With FedEx, it only takes 3-5 days to come to the UK which is even faster than default post. Ash.
