Hi Colin ! I wanted to hide this comment somewhere...This seems like a good place. When people listen to their favorite music, some people like to vibe...some like to dance...some like to soak in the warm brilliance as though they were in a hot tub at the perfect temperature. I understand B Metal fans feed off the stimulation of the dance combined with the often unseen music. B Maid fans find the dance preferable to the FRONT of the stage and not ON it ! One fan base is not right and the other wrong ! I consider myself an old fashioned "hot tubber" . The lush, complex layers of the Maids wash over me and bring out the gamut of emotions. Everything from laughing to crying is possible if you're "soaking" in the right tub. They never exploit my emotions...they complement them and bring them out in a way that benefits my overall state of well being. This is not about the language ( as I don't speak Japanese ) It's about the way the lyrics are being delivered. Music and lyrics combine in such a way that a warm healing salve washes over the heart and mind ! The best thing to come out of the lockdown was Band Maid. I would never have discovered them...or you , for that matter. God truly writes straight with crooked lines...For this, I am thankful ( In the month of Thanksgiving ) 👍

Hey mate, sorry for the delay (work has me by the short and curlies). I appreciate that many people listen to many different bands to evoke a wide range of emotions and experiences. Some day's will dictate somber and others more energized. The sticking point for me is a constant (seemingly) of being misunderstood and made to be someone to attack. Almost as if the fans of certain groups (babymetal) have nothing but distain for anyone who say's quite literally anything outside of ''that was great, they're great, gold dust comes out their butts''. I must say, you have been a resounding and truthful and polite constant on this channel and for that - in this month of thanksgiving as well, I am grateful and thankful that you have found this channel. The intention here is to explain what's happening, put some of my drums up and make a friendly community of like minded drum nerds; didn't think mega unwashed cocks that are bullies would appear in droves. Again, I appreciate your support and patronage to the channel. Be well sir and keep that stick on the ice!
