John’s wisdom lives on!! We miss you John. You were so helpful in getting me to really learn how to train properly. I have also learned to help others whenever possible, when I see the usual mistakes in the gym that you have corrected for me (with KZread videos). Thank you so much for all you have done and may you Rest In Peace. May God keep you in His kingdom forever. Your meadows rows were so important for my back development. Your partial side laterals for my side delts, etc etc. thank you!!

Another note on hgh, the key is limiting gh pulses by limiting administration to avoid insulin resistance. This is incredibly important when taking substances that increase gh levels throughout the day by effecting ghrellin secretion like mk677. Good practice is cutting carbs and checking your sugar regularly. This being said, I was borderline hypoglycemic after a prolonged low carb cut and mk677 helped me regain normal fasting blood glucose.

no, it does not matter. You need to learn to train for yourself. I dont understand people comparing themselves to others in the internet. Why dont you just train to get better/stronger and leave it at that? Deattach yourself from the superficial expectations. Your body will never look like anyone elses because youre not them.

@Southern Fun pros have supp contracts and can't speak openly about drug use - everyone knows so I don't see the big deal All the drugs in the world does not make a pro body builder alone - genetics is still the main factor of becoming a top pro - trust me I know alot of guys that run massive amounts of gear and not one looks like a pro bb -
