If you are re-using nuts and bolts, it is good practice to get a tap & die kit and chase the threads before you re-install them. This will clean out any foreign material and will repair the thread which prevents a false torque reading and reduces the chance of anything coming loose. Sometimes it is hard to see with the naked eye but even a slight 'dent' in the thread will cause issues with tightening. It is something I have always known but do not always practice myself. Also you can buy a tool to straighten those radiator fins easily. They have them at Supercheap and Repco if you are in NZ or Aussie.
I am happy in your projet ...

A heater core would be inside the car and part of the coolant system. The ac part is called a condensor 👍🏼
