Ryan that would need to be a little heavier cable or wire, but i see your point but i dont think that flimsy string would have enough inertia/momentum to keep going ALL the way. The phone probably rested agains a wall when the cable ended, because the camera is blocked. It would be a nice coincidence that the hole and string were Exactly the same lenght

M2Bradly it actually hit the ground. The reason it didn’t crack is because the drag from the fishline. It looks like it ran out of fishline but is actually the momentum kept fishline going down.
