what do you recon is the best way to work on my technique if coaches don't help with it?

That’s a tough one mate. Why aren’t your coaches helping with technique? Is it ignorance or incompetence? Are you able to train under a different coach? Otherwise I think film yourself swimming as much as possible, both over and underwater (I’ve got a gopro with is great for this). Look at elite swimmers, and see what common technique points they all seem to be doing and then compare that to your swimming. Otherwise feel free to send me the off video to have a look at and maybe make some suggestions!

Honestly not sure mate, had a few years off and now i'm 20 they might not see a point? They help the younger swimmers more. All the better clubs near me are around an hour away and isn't really possible with my schedule at the minute, was trying to look at those infinity pools where someone helps you're technique but i cant find any that seem any good.. Will look into the gopro though and go down to the local pool to get some footage.. @@IngramSwimming
