Maybe I'm just missing something, but every time I attempt to tune my tremolo equipped guitars this way, it never works. It'll get into tune as shown, but immediately fall out of tune with any use of the tremolo arm (and yes, I made sure to properly stretch out my strings). I saw on Floyd Rose's website their own instructions for tuning with these bridges and it worked for me the first time through however. This comes after near-years of struggling with these damn bridges (and Ibanez's versions of them too). I'll leave it here for anyone else having the same trouble I had. 0) Stretch your strings out as much as possible beforehand (or see the end of this for what I usually do) 1) Unclamp the locking nuts and screw the fine tuners to the middle of their range. 2) Tune the guitar to whatever tuning you wish (don't worry about the baseplates leveling or blocking the bridge at all). *Tune from low E to high E, as usual* 3) After one pass of tuning, check the low E. If it's flat, retune the E, A, D, G, and B strings, but tune them sharper than the target note. If it's sharp, retune with those 5 strings flatter than the target note. This compensates for the change in tensions as you adjust the individual strings. 4) Once you've done this, (weirdly enough), tune the high E TO PITCH. Not sharp, not flat. 5) Rinse and repeat until you're in tune. 6) Check the baseplate now. Adjust accordingly. (If tilted towards the headstock, tighten the claw screws. If tilted into the body, loosen them) But only loosen/tighten a little bit. Do 1/4th turns of the screws. Remember, this will flatten/sharpen the strings, and retuning will readjust tensions at the bridge, causing it to move closer towards where you want it to go. It takes practice to get the estimates right! 7) Repeat 3-6 as necessary, reclamp the strings and the fine tune. Voila! I usually go through these steps, minus the fine tuning, without stretching in the beginning. Once the guitar is locked down after settling everything, I will use the tremolo arm, pulling up on it through its full range, and diving it down and flapping the strings around to help stretch and settle them. Obviously they go out of tune. Then I unclamp and retune. The baseplate doesn't move much, and in extreme circumstances I'll have to do a very small adjustment (1/8th of a turn or so) to the claw screws. I'll repeat this process a few times until the guitar holds tune finally, then I'll fine tune. After this, it holds perfectly. I got my troublesome Edge Zero II tremolo on one of my Ibanez's to finally hold and return to pitch with dives/pull ups using this process. It would always return slightly (but noticeably) flat or sharp depending on which direction I used the bar, but now it's working perfectly. And of course this worked perfectly on one of my Floyd Rose bridge equipped guitars. It's a bit of a convoluted process, and I see the advantages to TTK's method. It saves a lot of time with retuning over and over. I just could never get it to work for some odd reason. Just leaving this here from anyone having similar problems. Maybe it'll help you too!

This is awesome ! I would only suggest checking the neck relief after the procedure.

Wow thank you so much for sharing your knowledge 🙏! A few years ago I asked this famous guitarist what was the secret to tune the Floyd so quickly. That person said “ I’m not going to tell you, because I had to figure it out, so should you”😂

That sounds like a typical guitar player response (not sharing “secrets”) I remember asking a guitar player how to find the correct key scale to solo, and he wouldn’t share. It would have taken 5 mins to get me started. I also remember when I first started playing, I saw a guy playing barred chords, and asked him what they were (I was still learning opens), and he acted like he had no clue what I was talking about. Nowadays I openly share whatever I can to encourage people to play.
