i recently started using charging charm instead of attack weight because of your absol video's and i can see the difference and i have been doing much better with absol thank you Cris

Actually, this is why Pursuit is fun to play. Doesn't need stacking, can dash for chasing and escape and with Sucker Punch can deal even more damage and stun them. It may be not consistent but it's still great to use and I have success with it. Definitely a moveset to have fun with.

@@BeniSenpai_ Its way too risky because that's way too RNG based to even work well. Sucker Punch has always been a consistent way of playing with Pursuit and with great timing, you can get a KO worth two backstabs or even the increased Sucker Punch damage with a Pursuit crit much quicker than with Psycho Cut.

​@@lsnorlax9653 That's why Sucker Punch is the most consistent second move for Pursuit. It eliminates the risk factor and can maybe guarantee you double backstabs, one from engaging and the other maybe from Sucker Punch. I came back from a match just now dealing like 87K damage and 19 KOs. Its easy to do that with Sucker Punch than with Psycho Cut.

Anyone notice how a build only works IF YOU HAVE TEAMMATES SUPPORTING YOU????? I've never experienced this, lmao.

Enemy team had Dragapult and Clefable. Clear skill diff imo. I have a question : Should we avoid picking Dragapult and Blaziken on the same team, since both of them have “low impact” Unite moves?

This move is basically gambling. You win some and then lose everything, but you can't stop playing. I hate that the opponents absol will always crit on pursuit but when you do it you would never. 35% crit rate turns to 0 everytime you play it.

Funny enough for some "Super Luck"-y reasons, I crit way more often when it comes to backstabbing enemies than I have seen with Cris.

Nah, it still deals a lot of dmg, even if pursuit doesn't crit. If you do everything right, you still can carry teamfights even w/o single crit

I never used to play pursuit and shadow claw on absol until i started watching you Cris, its very fun to play and can kill pretty much anyone once you get both your moves.

I love pursuit but I need the consistency of nightslash

I like the pausing and John Madden play by play.

Ok so normally I like cris builds a lot but in this case I swap razor for atk weight it's definitely hard to get the stacks some games but the extra base dmg more then make up for it with the added boost to charging charm plus watching my crits hit nearly 5k at some points is funny hope anyone struggling with the build likes the mod otherwise the play style and battle items remain the same

Hard to pass up the extra crit chance from razor tho

I saw your video on pursuit and restartred playing absol after a long time. And I have to say, I did get multiple matches with 20+ KOs with this build, rather easily tbh. But I had no idea about the sucker punch thing, that is definitely going to help a lot! Although I use Attack weight instead of charm, I don't really know which provides more damage, charm or fully stacked weight. Which one should I use? Doesn't charm also give extra movement speed?

I prefer attack weight personally. With the charm, you have to wait for it to charge up before being max power again. Attack weight keeps consistent damage per every stack you have, so my damage throughout any fight is always more reliable. And because absol does so well with mobility, stacking is hardly ever an issue.

I noticed if you consistently do highway damage you get worse teammates but if you run a score comp every now and then it helps to balance it

Downloadable Content. The term is usually used when describing extra *downloadable content* for games, purchasable or free. If you know Breath of the Wild, the Champion's Ballad and Trial of the Sword are both DLCs. In the case of Cris's channel, DLC just means extra and optional Hope this helped

Will never understand why everybody always says “just press A on pursuit Absol” as if sucker punch isn’t designed to stun you and turn you around for an easy backstab lol
