Drone View of the Flooded Street 217 Chamkar Doung

A full drone view of the Chamkar Doung Street 217 at South of Phnom Penh city. It's flooded from Prek Chrey Market to Kour Srov roundabout. All the houses and Borey homes are flooded. Everyone need to move out quickly and really need help.
I'm using DJI Phantom 3 Standard Camera for this video.

To solve this problems is not easy either, depend on the Steng Prek Tnot able to carry water to Tonler Bassac as quickly as in the past time (1960's !). What is different is now the river so narrow and shallow. I still remember that there was a long bridge from dirt road across to Wat Prek Chrey and the river was 10 times larger than now, and Bassac river flowed through to the sea , no Dam in Cambodia/Vietnam border. Now Bassac river is stand still more or no way out. Well, everyone have to find higher land to avoid the same disasters.

This is my home town, flooded land all along, villagers build tall, tall houses 3 to 4 meters above the ground. The river was so large not this narrow at all. The good higher land is along road from wat prek thleng all the way to prek pranak go on to Seam Reap town. All those plain land for planting rice only. The developer fault, they think, they can build town, houses as they want. In 1960's I and my friend took a boat to a temple call kork Ampil which not far way from Wat Prek Thleng. If you have a chance to video from wat Prek Thleng to Wat Prek Chrey that very good.
