Driving to the the Rocky Mountains with an impending blizzard, the BOMB CYCLONE!

Driving to the mountains for work. It went from rain, to snow, to very slick. Conifer and Evergreen.

I have to agree with others here. No music and just the drive is wonderful for at night before bed. Especially for this ex-drifter. Thank you brother.

Only an American can drive into a forecasted historic blizzard....using past, present and future tense in the same sentance. God love 'em !!!!!!

@@Jokester1990-ri3jlI love snow too and Its beautiful to look at, but if your not use to driving in snow it can be terrifying feeling your car sliding and most people panic in those situations when its there first time which is the worst thing to do driving in the snow is to panic because it can cause a much bigger accident which otherwise would have been minor had you stayed in control and more calm . It looks fun watching someone else drive through it until you try it yourself and have a panic attack lol. Give it a try one day just take it very slow and use a AWD vehicle FWD and RWD are horrible in snow especially RWD.. 🙄 They should just make car AWD standard in 2020 unless you specifically want FWD or RWD for performance but even then AWD cars now a days can keep up with FWD and RWD for the most part plus you get your moneys worth having a vehicle you can drive in all seasons

@@Jokester1990-ri3jl Only if your new to driving in the snow like never drove in the snow before and your use to driving on a dry pavement then yes it can be scary simply because your not use to it.. I purposely look for excuses to take my car in the snow because I grew up in New England so I'm use to driving in the snow and its a rush for me lol I live in South West Virginia so we don't get alot of snow like I'm use to growing up in Connecticut. For example on a normal dry road if your sliding for what ever reason your natural response would be to slam on the breaks and that should stop your car.. How ever in the snow slamming on your breaks can make you loose more control and its best to let off the break when caught in a slide because in that situation allowing the wheels to spin freely gives you more traction in winter conditions,I know it sounds crazy to tell someone NOT to slam on the breaks when loosing control of your vehicle under normal circumstances how ever in the winter time you don't want to slam on your breaks because it will make it much worse and you can loose completer control of your vehicle in that moment from wheel lock up..
