Yeah. I was shocked moving here to Australia to find the roads are more horrendous than back home. And Croatia is poorer country than Australia

i go 1700km from Radom in Poland to Dubrovnik by my own 17 y.o car and when i watch this i remember a few places and i have heart attack .. i miss this so much !

I am not aware of such plans. Croatia has a lot of work related to the renewal, optimization and doubling of existing railways, some of which are much more important for cargo transport and passenger traffic throughout the year and not only in summer, so don't expect new railways on such difficult terrain anytime soon.
