Lubbock is a very Safe place and less crime...I've been living here for almost 3years...I love this place ..neighborhood is so quiet..its near to AMARILLO one hour drive..6hrs drive to Dallas❤

Hey! I'm curious about some of the neighborhoods east of Route 84, what do you think of that area, and what neighborhoods would you recommend

I moved here in 2020, and I don't know if you have done a video on this already but, I would love for you to do one on the best tax and insurance areas. When I was looking I recall the difference between buying a house in the Friendship school area and others to be significant. Are there other areas that some, like myself with no children, would maybe want to, if not avoid, at least have in mind that it will cost a not insignificant premium to live in?
