Great film. I love the old taxis and service trucks. Keep them coming!
People dressing up to work and shop in the city back then I remember. It makes a difference to see that. Now everyone dresses so casual, you could be anywhere.
I'm from Boston but my dad's sister lived in Manhatten so I'm mid sixties we drove to visit her, I was in awe, skyscrapers, what sticks out in memory is burnt out cars on some street we were on,lol, I wondered why all the burnt out cars, of course I didn't ask my dad, it was a don't speak until your spoken to environment with Dad. RIP. He was a good man, strict, but good man.
Too bad there weren't more street scenes and crowd shots. I wish he'd kept the lens on ground level.
I don't think the Twin Towers were built yet. It was a different world compared to today that's for sure.
