driving the night - corvette c3
Фильм және анимация
the night, the light, the drive...
I made this video out of my fascination to the night lights and
how they work on the body of a beautiful car.
Car: Corvette Stingray 1969
Shot with: Canon 550D
Lens EFS 18-55mm and 55-250mm
Music by Professor Kliq - Satellite
Album: "Athene's Theory of Everything: The Original Soundtrack".

I felt like I was in a Miami Vice movie thank you
That shot at 4:07... WOW
I'm speechless. Don't suppose you happen to have an HD remaster? Gives me Miami Vice vibes.
I miss my ‘68 roadster, night drive w/ the top down, awesome!
This is insanely well made, I was already in love with the C3 but the way you shot it just made it so much better
Great video! Way to capture all the great curves of the '69 with that great lighting.
Every once in a while, you come across a gem. Great work from a former '73 LS-4 owner.
awesome
WOW! Bravo. Such a good video and such good music to suite the mood. Soon to own one and so glad I found this video.
awesome video ! and an even more awesome car! love it. greets from germany
Very cool video! Well done. Made me that more excited to pick up my red 81 Vette 4 speed next week. Guess I will have to make a video for it
Amazing! I am stunned! That was the best Corvette video I have ever seen! You took something absolutely beautiful and brought it to a whole new level! In a word, Perfection!

very nice.

Absolutely loved it, I drive a 68 Vette Roadster and can appreciate what you experience. It also looks like the driver is trying not to smile at the 4:25 mark..great work.
Sehr cool 😎. Perfekt gemacht. Genau mein Ding.
Simply awesome!!! I happen to be biased to this particular Corvette since I own a 69 very similar to it. Well done!!!
Dude this is fucking awesome, i could actually relax to this and admire your car. Do it with a Lamborghini next!

Glad you enjoyed
BEAUTIFUL video! Love the sight lines, the focus pulls, the way you played with the reflections of the light, the motion angles, the way you used monochrome when stopped but then added color in motion (the first splash of color was awesome)... INCREDIBLY well done! I thought I'd seen just about every Corvette video out there. This one has been around since 2012 and somehow I missed it. Fantastic job.
This is pure beauty at its' best, thank you!
TOP - And I love the details of the drum beat with the lights at the glossy paint. And the car used helps... :) Thanks for your efforts!
I have seen it now 6 times. Its awsome ;-) I love the lightplay at 2:45 around the "427" on the hood . Where did you make the video ?

Munich Germany ;)
@Roma1964C3 Thank you. I've shot it in Munich.
@Q1KLT1 Thank you very much. It was a lot of work and it brings me a lot of joy to have such a positive feedbak.
Thank you. I used a Panther MULTI MOUNT and a Cullmann Photo cup.
How'd you go about attaching the camera to the car body? Edit; nevermind its mentioned in the comments PANTHER multi mount Cullmann photo cup

Fiberglass/carbon bodies need different approach. The camera was all stripped and very light this way I've avoided any paint cracks through vibration and weight.
@ptroxxx Thank you. Just one Canon 550D with a 3 point suction cup tripod and a lot of creative work.
@7t2vette You're welcome :)
amazing video beautiful car can anyone tell me what the name of this song is or what this type of music is called?

The quick version...it took me around 3 years to get everthing just the way I have imagined it. From the car to the music to the locations :)
@pati1974 You're welcome :)
I miss engine sound. Watch my video "1969 Corvette Stingray 427 Roadmovie"
I own a 69, thanks!

Right on!
@zuendler1980 The engine sound in this case would deviate the attention from the wonderfull light work. Your video is nice. A bit to long. Could use a sound engineering and a more vivid editing.
