Owerri Urban should start planting Trees on the street, Paint the Curbs, demarcate the roads with Paints, demand that every home owner to repaint their houses and install Traffic control lights to beautify the City. It looks like a village at the moment.

if there's no law enforcement to stop them from doing it or fine them if caught, then you can trust our people to continue with the practice. you go to Dubai or London, and the streets are so neat you could eat off them....then you come back to our cities, and see how they're all looking scruffy, unkempt, unswept and with open gutters full of festering rubbish! so annoying! my problem with the past and present governors in the east (with the possible exception of Chime) is that they're busy thinking of building grandiose (and most times pretentious) projects, when the little things that cost little or nothing to do (like planting trees/lawns and sweeping their streets) are left ignored! part of the problem is their 'local' mindset and lack of class and exposure!

Pple like you, is one of the biggest problem Nigeria hs, so u want our ppl to appreciate a country where there is no good hopitals or roads etc. U re backward i swear.
