This Cabriolet is just gorgeous! Smooth, minimalist lines with a subtle, classy interior. Also, that traffic lights camera is a great, very practical addition. Got me thinking of all the times I was too close and stuck under a traffic light I couldn't see. Love it.

Hello. ❤ You did it again, Mr. Benz. Amazing video. I am very jealous of you more than ever, because you get to experience the new E-Class family lineup already. It will be a few months until I can take them for the spin for a few days and have it in my home. I will be even more jealous of you when you get to experience the new S-Class this year possibly, while I have to wait for 2021 to drive it. Sad. I mentioned in a previous comment that there is a cool new front LED feature on the E-Class, and that feature with how the high beam lights come on is what I was talking about! I have been waiting quite some time to see your reaction! I am so glad you like it! Also, the way in which the lights adapts to the traffic and the road has been improved for this facelift. Significant tweaks were made. My thoughts on this cabriolet are the same as my thoughts on the sedan. I love it. But this one does not have my favourite new steering wheel. The sedan you reviewed did have it. I love this interior, but I do prefer the interior of the sedan in your other video a bit more. I would build this car with that interior, but with the changes I mentioned in the other comment. Even though I am more of a Mercedes-Benz sedan type person, but I love the cabriolet. I like the pink ambient lighting more with this interior. Weirdly, I have never got down to making the ambient lighting pink while I was with the GLE and other cars. There are so many lovely colours, so I forget. Maybe next time. My few disappointments with the new E-Class sedan carries over to the cabriolet, unfortunately. No IWC Schaffhausen clock and a few plastics on the exterior you pointed out that were not there on the pre-facelift model. That's it. It's not anything I would lose sleep over, though. The latest 48-volt anti-roll bar system and Integrierter Starter-Generator (ISG) from Mercedes-Benz is amazing. The new GLE and the new GLS are some of the earliest in the brand to have it...and it is also what makes the E-active Body Control works and also works with stereo multi-purpose camera, which is next to the traffic light camera behind the rear-view mirror. The ride is so smooth, so nice, and like a carpet thanks to the systems. Notice when the car accelerates it feels so gentle, effortless, and comfortable. It got that waft to it. Wow. I absolutely love it. The new S-Class with have the newest version, of course. There are some cool very detailed diagrams and breakdowns from Daimler showing how the new system works and looks like inside. Very cool stuff for me to geek over. Essentially...it makes the car more efficient, comfortable and smoother to drive. Cheers, Mr. Benz! See you next time. Thank you for reading my long comments. ❤

Mini S-Class, love it

I can't wait to get mine, sorta... 2023 is a winner. The steering wheel is super stylish and functional! I love the face lifted model's rear end. And side view, handsome. I've opted for the same wheels. I was torn between this and the 2024 CLE. I like the level of luxury and size of this 2023 better! I love the motor sounds at full throttle too! Thanks for taking it out on the autobahn.

I have a 2019 e class coupe 450 and love it. It has the clock,but the previous steering wheel.0_60 is close to 5 seconds.

I would take the blue colour in the interior in night. And there are the same levers like Tesla Model S because Tesla has bought them from Mercedes. The new stearing wheel looks very good. 😍.

Is this the patagonia red or designo hyacinth red? Is there an option to control the intensity of the brightness for the backlit controls on the steering wheel?

Why has the E class Cabriolet still the "old" Design for the Navigation Control? The Sedan and T-Model has the Touchpad only.🤔

I would actually love the option not to put the ugly touch controller, and leave only the wheel controller. I disabled the touch from day 1 and I will never use that ugly piece of cheap plastic, that shades the nice wheel controller. Also I would love the option not to put the *** **** analog clock. I almost didn't bought the car because of that clock!! I love Mercedes-Benz configurator, I think it is the best in the world, and the plethora of options, but these 2 haunt me every day.

I love the update. I wonder how successful it would look with the elegance line with Mercedes star on the bonnet? For the coupe i like the central star but as the cabrio is a different beast, i think it would be befitting .

What is the point of the Night Package if almost half of the chrome parts on the exterior will not be changed?

In the UK, the Night package gives you ambient lighting , 20" wheels, full comfort access and the upgraded stereo system

Wish they kept the clock because now there is an awkward blank space

I don't understand why did they take away the watch. I mean, a car without a watch is fine, but leaving an ugly NOTHING there is totally unacceptable. It makes the beatiful interior incomplete! And it's happening to the new E63 and CLS.....such a shame

So let's play lottery then!

Bring this car to California and we can test it here . Golden Gate Bridge is the best to have your roof top off and drive .

Leider wird das Cabrio das neue Touchpad gar nicht bekommen. Grund sind da auch die Einsparungen und der Aufwand, die Knöpfe von dem Verdeck anders zu gestalten bzw zu setzen. 😉.

@@mr.benz aber dann ohne Coupé und Cabrio. Diese entfallen ja ersatzlos. Dafür kommt ein neuer CLE (Coupé +Cabrio), welcher ja die Baureihen A205/C205 und A238/C238 ablöst. Bleibt spannend.

I really love that car, especially the colour combination red / white. It's the second presentation I see with that. But if you look for this on a used car sales platform you won't find it anywhere. Where do all these beautiful cars go??? One negative point: I really dislike the noise that other people call "sound". It doesn't match the character of a Mercedes E class. Just my opinion...

Especially on german cars, the percanage of peaople who buy Black and black is very high. Also the preconfigurated cars at the dealers are equipet with the most popular options which is black interior.
