daniel jordan nicol is right many people dream of those road tips am trying to organise and save up money for a road trip for next year and glad that it'll be in 20 year old range rover not do it in McLaren and be paid to do that

Last year I sat in an airport from 6:30am until 3:15pm (kept getting bumped off flights, flew standby). Got to Orlando Florida, picked up car, headed back to Michigan 1,172 miles (1886km)away, drove nonstop. Got back at 1:00pm. So I was up 32 hours before a short nap, I was not in a McLaren. Put in perspective, you had a good time and will look back fondly on your 1k mile journey in that 570GT.

Waze always works for me! make sure to have your route type to fastest rather than shortest

2:30 a car lover was born

I have used both Waze and GoogleMaps on the phone and the only good thing about Waze is that you can set an arrival time and it will warn you about when you should leave. Waze always takes me on a route that has more traffic, is longer, slower and more stressfull. So yeah, I use Maps

great video as always sam,keep up the good work. btw does anyone know of a better navigation app than waze that is not run by google? better in terms of doesn't take you into traffic,finds the best routes etc etc

Sounds like your GoPro has a hardware fault during the intro. I had that weird distant helicopter sound with mine whenever I used the remote/WiFi, got it replaced under warranty :D

Waze or maps? Well, I've noticed that it seems to depend on the country you are in and amount of users. I've often used them side by side. In the UK I've experienced that usually Google is slightly faster with traffic updates and time estimates. For example I recently drove from Dover to Southampton​. Both chose the same route. But Waze was about 40min more optimistic than Google. Turned out Google was right. Here in Belgium and Germany however I've found Waze to be more up-to-date, especially when it comes to road closures and diversions.

Tibor Pandza No, he's talking about the navigation app called waze. If you didn't know it yet, just search it in Google or in your app store. Depending on where you live, it can be very useful. :)

I've never had a problem with Waze, I think you just got unlucky lol.

If you don't mind driving across parks, nearly hitting pedestrians to get there the "quickest" then Waze is the app for you. If on the other hand you want a reliable navigation system that can get you there the quickest then Google Maps.

Waze doesn't necessarily avoids traffic if he thinks this is the fastest way to reach your destination. Waze works perfectly in France and there isn't any solution to avoid traffic in Paris where you were stucked. Anyway I prefer Google map because interface is much better, but never use it because Waze is better for traffic, alerts etc. A French user
