I think I should make a note that the biggest headache on these cars is those downpipe flanges and studs with nuts on them. BE READY to face the worst. They always rust a lot and chances of removing nuts without snapping the studs are very low. You can try applying heat / torch to the nuts, penetrating fluids are almost ineffective here. Even if you manage to remove those nuts successfully, most likely the studs will have a lot of corrosion that is going to reduce them to almost nothing. Be prepared to drill those studs out. Acetylene torch / plasma cutter is another good way of removing them. I can suggest buying something like an OSG high quality drill - www.mscdirect.com/product/det...

8mm to 10mm diameter is recommended.
