Driverless Waymo car freezes during trip
The incident happened near Downtown Phoenix, when the self-driving car encountered a small parade, with an emergency vehicle right behind. The video has since gone viral, raising questions about self-driving cars for some people. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen reports.

It would have been a lot better had he kept the video going and recorded Waymo customer service. I did on my video when Waymo kept going in circles as it couldn't figure out how to get in Wanderin bar. Waymo customer service is good, but it's clear when they contact you in the car they can't really tell what's happening or do much about it.

They can do a lot about it. The car phones home and gives options for an employee to select, and the car doesn’t. Computers that can navigate a self driving car don’t take 90 seconds to make up their mind, they’re waiting on an answer from a human.

@@hichamcasaarizona6802 Not dangerous, no one harmed. Every day more than 3000 people die in car accidents. Humans are dangerous!
They shouldn't be street legal yet alot of work needs to be done still they drive through construction sites and stuff all the time
