He lost his life for approaching a vehicle that had a gunman in the passenger seat.

Hey if he just picked up a hitch hiker to go to the liquor store then he's not guilty of murder. But the gun charge in that case for having a illegal gun and in a separate case whatever time he gets for the robbery with a weapon.

They should come out w the body cam.. That tells the most about the events. I guess they won’t til the trial? I’m just wondering how it originally went from a traffic stop to this unfortunate ending? If they were casing a store and cop told them to move along then it seems like they would? Criminals generally don’t want to get caught so did the officer see the gun and then initiate further orders? Hard to say til they come out w it.

All he did was give a person a ride. He didn't know what was going to happen. Free that man.

@@johnjones442 Yes, other commands send who they can. Off duty officers attend. Officers from other commands attend the court . Officers on their regular day off attend. Officers of different shifts. It is very doable and still continue regular patrol.
