No Philly cops to be found but if you were the driver of the minivan & that clown hits your van he will actually be very angry at you AND if you defend yourself....either he or the spectators will call the cops on YOU, the minivan & pray Philly finest DONT ARREST you.😐

Don't Blame the cops.. their hands are tied too. There's not much they can do but attempt to drive em out of the intersection. Blame politicians and the laws...
