They have come a long way, but when it comes to warranty claims , they are the worst. 10/100 miles. They make excuses for everything , and if something is going on with the car , they charge you to test it. I'm currently having issues with excessive oil consumption (which we know is a problem with the GDI engines ) . The dealer wants to charge me $195 dollars to test the engine for that , even though the car is still under warranty. This information is not disclosed to you at the moment of the purchase . They want to up charge you for everything ,but when the time comes to actually use those benefits they are not willing to work with you or grant what you already paid for
