@@ReikiwithAnna Hey Have you ever considered doing some meditative type yoga poses in your sessions. You know, like ASMR style real slow and easy. Age friendly. I think that'll help a lot of people get back to feeling more relaxed and comfortable moving their bodies. Kind of like meditation meets physical engagement.

I love how you start yawning and put yourself to sleep ❤❤

As a Star Trek fan, I always think of The Borg when you mention a collective. But it has been far more pleasant being assimilated into your collective, Anna. 😊

Enjoyed this session, thank you Anna. I came across a framework today and I would love your take on it; essentially it involves making sure you take up your cross fully and with acceptance while also making sure not to take upon others' burdens. Thought it'd be an interesting topic for a future session.

I love that your Reiki videos often will make us slowly fall into a lullaby and deep sleep. Always love those fluttter fingers actions of yours! Thank you as always Anna.

I frequently use your videos to help me sleep. A lot of people offer that but for me personally the tone of your voice is ideal. For me you have just the right volume that I can hear what your saying but it's not so loud it agitates me. Others come in at too low a volume and I can't understand the words or there are no words which doesn't work for me. Thanks.
