Honesty is the best policy. Yep Scots speak English but also the Gaelic background is still there and the slang is still very strong as English doesn't roll off the tongue so easily. 😂 Give this man a WWE title and Huge cheer already! 👍🏽

Almost nobody in Scotland speaks Gaelic. About 1% can speak it fluently, and that’s concentrated in the Hebrides. If you only spoke Gaelic, you’d have real trouble communicating in Ayrshire. I expect you’d have better luck speaking French or German.
