Same latchkey kid, kick the can and searching where your friends are by all the bikes in the yard.
I really enjoyed this story, it was different and even though I was an adult in 1980's it was as my childhood was! I liked the pre-story ; mindfully thinking of a happy summer memory and it instantly put me right there! And that took me into the story, I found it all very relaxing. Please do more like this! 😘😊💤🌜😴 xxx

@@getsleepypod Thanks for all of your episodes that make me feel comfortable, relaxed, stress-free, calm, cozy, homely, welcoming and so many other things that if I mention it would take you ages to read through. Today is my 2-month anniversary of listening to your podcast on Spotify( I am new but I love your content). I just wanna say you're the most calming podcast on Earth. Your episodes just make me feel like (don't laugh) cookies in milk. :). One more thing, I wanna say is that keep up the good work and just know you're the best! Once again, Thanks for all the amazing stories and everything to be honest.
Get Sleepy is my favorite! I often recommend it to friends. Thank you so much for your continued efforts. These stories are calming and sweet sometimes I even listen to them in the morning with coffee to wake up slowly and reflective instead of getting distracted by my phone. The intro music is fine, but I find the swelling notes during the stories too loud and distracting. They can even wake me up
I don't like Marcellus voice he makes me feel anxious
Typical gen X kid didn't see their parents all day
The voice is strange, as if he was talking inside a wooden box or something similar. Not really relaxing...😢
