When one loses the 'sense of self', there is a lot of laughter because it is seen that nothing matters!!! It is as if the whole thing, the story of life, is made up, some kind of cosmic joke. That was the feeling that happened here. Incredible!

Question: Is there a sense that "ego" still remains... after a fashion, as a construction of thought... but is not identified with, does not feel like "me", just thoughts popping up out of the void, like sounds coming from a radio? I resonated with what Kenneth said about planning just arising. Maybe planning as something needing to be done beforehand is an illusion! That's amazing, just think about the incredible amount of planning that is done by us humans. Of course the "me" cannot drop the planning but maybe it will drop automatically by realizing the unnecessariness of it.

There's at least seven billion unique answers to that question

"You are all there is". But there is no you...lol. He denies there is a self, but all he talks about is self. I think he has it right when he says "You is all there is". "Just what's happening doesn't happen without awareness of it.
