That intro deserves a like on its own. That might have been the best opening to a video that I’ve ever seen

Same! Had me weak. That was hilarious Brad!!!
Love the commentary on the commentary. Seems to me there’s a reason you’re at the table and they’re in the booth.
Brad Owen: 1 Commentators: 0 Bloody loved watching this :')
RIP those commentators. Your analysis and play was spot on👍. Your vlog has helped my game tremendously, thanks Brad!
Man these commentators think they are Phil Ivey lmao. There’s a reason you’re the one playing brad and they are watching 😂 it’s easy when they can see the cards 😂😂

They can see the opponents cards and be like “if i was him then i would’ve called with pocket 5’s” while the board has A A A J 10
8:20 Finally someone realises that commentators talk about blockers with no clue what they actually mean.

hundred percent agree. That's a junk statement. Almost any bet Q's woulda folded there
bulls make money, bears make money and pigs get slaughtered....the $700 river bet is solid. I have seen hundreds of spots where the same person would call the 700 but not their stack of 1100....taking your opponent to value town is an art.

You're right. Truthfully, you want to keep them playing. That hand was a massive cooler hand that can put them on tilt.

Next time you guys do a meet up game put the mics on the players so we can hear you guys talk and leave the commentators at home they don't have anything interesting to say anyway

They need lessons in how to commentate, preferably from James Hardigan and Joe Staples. Stapes sometimes gets salt for his corny one liners but they make a good double act and NEVER stamp all over the table talk.
It's great to hear each vlogger's side of the game. Thanks for sharing Brad!
I learn so much from your clearly explained thought process. All killer no filler.
This might be my favorite vlog of yours. Well done, man! We appreciate all the work you put into these! I hope you keep them coming!
Hahaha, love this episode. This is why you're one of my favorites! Don't take yourself too seriously, just play the game.
Clever episode! I liked the criticism montage at the start, which you then unravelled through the episode, top notch.
Your dry humor is awesome...you neeme vibes and jaman are staples..but you make me laugh and your analysis is great..thx brad
TBH I found the Stones commentators to have an average at best fundamental understanding of the game. If they think a river bet is better with the AK fine, but to say you should bet because you block key value holdings for your opponent is illogical. So you block a shit ton of their hands that can call a river bet so that’s why we should bet?? 😂. According to their own logic if the villain can’t have many aces that can call then the prudent play would be to let your opponent potentially barrel off right?
@hattershouse710
6 жыл бұрын
Exactly lol. They pretty much "over analyzed" the hand and didn't realize their own logic was backwards. That was a good spot to let him bluff because he's not calling any bet.

The commentary from Jake and Kasey was awful. Nothing like people who think they know a lot more about poker than they actually do.

Also are they going to really call with AK for a chop cuz if they have Ak and there is 2 aces on the board then there aren’t many combos of AK left and there are so many lore combos of AQ and even A7 suites that u could have been getting tricky with.
Bro this guy makes the best content 😂😂😂 making fun of himself at the beginning had me dead af “looks like he has the face of a virgin” sending love from Canada Brad, keep it up 💙
Man, theres a reason you play and these guys commentate. I know i'm commenting on a nearly 3 year old video but it holds true to 2021, you crushed it then and you crush it now, keep rockin it!
My favorite part of your videos is how relevant they are over time. Like I can easily binge watch your videos for hours
Best Vlog I have seen from you by far...couldn't agree more with your hand analysis mate...looking forward to many more to come;-)

Finally getting caught up on my vlog watching. Great job all the way around!! Congrats on a nice session, and great hand analysis!! "Common taters" got shown up!! Congrats again and good luck at WSOP!!
Best vlog yet Brad, you seem to be getting your confidence back (looking at you in previous vlogs) .. keep your chin up! Great analysis of your hands after the commentators unknowing dissection 👍🏻
Brad this video is so good! 🤣🤣 Just want to say i love watching your vlogs!!! Also want to say how nice it was when i met you in Vegas and we chatting multiple times throughout the night! Thanks for your time 🐱
The opening to this video was outstanding my friend. Your analysis of the hands are superbly accurate you are a great player! Can't wait to see you in the WSOP circuit soon.
Hey Brad, I have been gradually getting more and more into your Vlogs, and now I am quite impressed with your talents, particularly in seeing all of the possibilities, in explaining them efficiently, and in making excellent decisions consistently. I have never subscribed to anything online, but you may well become the first exception.
Great episode man. A great insight into the detailed decisions you make!! Keep it up
Big ups for your thoughts v. what the commentators said. Some of their comments made sense to me, but your explanations were clearly thought out from the perspective of a thinking player who was actually in the game. I learned a lot. Appreciate it homie!
Great vlog. Excellent analysis of your hands and of your thought process. Thumbs up Brad.
Dude, you next level Inception'd that JJ vs. AQ hand. Saw the game from your perspective and his to size your bets correctly. Literally next level.
Goddammit.I'm at 1:09 and already liked the video because of that HELLUVA INTRO.There's a reason why we love you and that my friend,is right there in the vlog.
Really enjoyed this one Brad, great game, great win and great analysis. Hope all is well with you 👍
Good job Brad. Great commentary and explanation of your thought process.
One of your best vids , this is coming from a guy who’s in the tall guy club so you know it’s good analysis . You were very centered good job man .
“Sometimes you’re the hammer; sometimes you’re the nail. IMHO, Your feel for the situation and subsequent analysis was spot on. The commentators dressed like something out of the 1980s, and so was their analysis.
Only 1 minute in and almost spit out my coffee 😂Your sense of humor is great!
I just recently subscribed to you and Andrews vlog and I really enjoy Andrews but wasn’t sure about yours...until now. This was the best hand analysis I’ve seen on any poker Vlog and that includes Polk. Great work Brad and thank you! Keep me coming and kill the WSOP if you’re playing it.
I like your rationale ending @the 20:44 mark; I agree with your sizing and to me it was obvious the commentators weren’t taking the players position and tendencies into consideration, in connection with your thought process😆💯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👊🏻
These "commentators" are pretty marginal to put it gently. If they have you pegged so well Brad, they should be playing you for the highest limits they can afford. Good on you for pushing back at them for what they said.
This is by far the best intro to a poker vlog ever! Hilarious
One of the best vlogs yet - enjoyed it !
I feel you Brad, I've been on a poker stream before too and it was painful to hear the commentary on my play when they don't think about the situation as serious as I did, or when they did not understand the dynamics of the game.
really great job of breaking down the hands, even in the face of commentary that is contrary to what and how you felt while playing. this, is why decisions made on the table matter more than decisions made lightly in a booth while watching people you don't know play.
Brad your analysis is great. Flopping top 2 and still not going crazy, knowing exactly where you are at. Keep it up.
Awesome vlog! Very informative and in great details on your thoughts! Thank you!
your blogs are entertaining and informative for us small stakes players keep going!!! your living the dream 🙂
Lol. Love your opening. Good getting to see you in Midland, TX.
Just watching this for the first time. Goooooootttta love the commentators at the bullet proof reputationed Stones Casino.
Love the vlogs, Brad. Every one of them. Hope to run into you next week in Vegas.
Dude you are right, they blew it on that call on the AK v QQ. Your way of thinking is definitely what I would have done. Great video!
Best video on your channel man! Well played, good luck!
Its actually the best of vlogs.. usually hilarious.👏👍
First minute had me pissing myself! Brad, the corny humor really has been on point lately.
Nice episode! I like how you explained your thought process. Keep it up!
Bruh no one is talking about how Brad is a commentator at 12:04

The Smurf chip comment was freakin hilarious! Some day you will get it back from that luck box...lol Great vlog. Love your analysis.
Good explanations for your moves man. You take the commentators' shade really well and I think that is a great quality to keep with you for the rest of your poker years. edit: missed an apostrophe
brad your vlogs are excellent. Nice combo of educational and entertaining.
Love the intro Brad!!! LOL Hmmm, more like 45x... LOL
I agreed with all your decisions Brad , it’s easy to sit in a booth and dissect someone’s play but sitting at the table is a lot more stressful when making plays.
I’m from Liverpool, England, an not too clued up like most of you Americans ,but you 100 pc talking about AQ hands the commentary is salty as , top channel , honest man I’ve learned a lot , cheers mate
Super fun vlog to watch!
I enjoyed the hand analysis and comedic approach :)
Your hand analysis and thought process is awesome. Ive learned so much cash game logic watching your vlogs and now my wofe is even playing poker because of you. Thanks for the great free content. Appreciate it.

Tucker Mitchell I agree with this Brad. I’ve watched you and Andrew since the beginning. I play a few tourneys a year that’s it, but your videos have been super helpful. I find myself thinking through hands a lot more thoroughly. I’ve cashed my last two tourneys and am playing another one tomorrow.
Good episode Brad. Loved your reaction to Steven Y's boat - I think you should consider using that image as your profile photo on here
Brad another great video. I liked how you went through your thought process for each hand with the commentators thoughts as well. Goes to show that table talk can change how things are precieved. Brad.. you need to get a new cat. We need that added content to the vlog!!!
The next time you guys go out there to play a meet-up game have those announcers sit at the table with you guys it's always easier to know how to play your opponent when you can see everybody's whole cards
I Love this vlog. I like the way you analyse the commentators :D
Best video you’ve put out yet! Intro had me dead bruh
Very, very well done sir! Going thru all that footage was fun right? Ha!

HahahHa excellent intro very funny!
Brad, you are too funny. Loved that intro.
Lmao on your intro man. Great job as usual
I'm glad you talked about the 1010 hand. I couldn't believe you shoved over a standard raise. It does make a little more sense now.
That was awesome brad. Great vlog!
You played that tight player correctly. You don't want them to run, when the board scary. Also, one of the most important aspects of Poker is self-control...you showed a lot of that. Well done.
You played that last hand VERY GOOD. No matter anybody says... PS. So glad I found your chanel :-)
Nemme’s reaction when you ship it in with tens 😂
Lmfao at that intro. Great stuff
Loved the analysis, thanks Brad :)
One of my favorite vlogs of yours.👍
Brad - that AQ vs JJ hand explanation by you - and by the people in the booth... is *exactly* why they're ... the people in the booth. *lol*
Nice score and vlog, Brad!
Sweet! Brad Owen and Jeff Boski vlogs up. I watched Brad’s first.
You played the AQ final had great, maybe bigger sizing on the turn so he is more committed on river to call a shove or he shoves over top on turn, but given the players image I love the river bet.
those commentators don't know what they are talking about! You're THE MAN! Brad!
When ever I look at those chips in your thumbnails it flips a switch and makes me want to watch the video chips are like GOLD GOLDDDDD
The views that the live stream gave us made this my favorite poker vlog so far!
Holy 💩 ! Great vid ! Dream hits! Good plays B!
I actually like your check on the river around 8:15. I think you giving him an opportunity to bluff is the smarter play
Really liked this episode man!!
Well played, nicely commentated without much bla bla...liked it :) new sub
Tight vlog as always man. , 2 out of 5 stars on the commentary. Also did I miss the vlog with dan b, I seen the post on your IG
AK river check to aggroman was perfect!
I love the Stone commentating when Mike Postle was God mode.. smh no.. I hated the scam and I knew it was when I had seen it. Doug Polk did many videos on the Stones scandal and the " Apostle"
the opening was worth it for me to like the video!
This guy make poker so much more clear only poker youtuber I watch he's sick
I would have played it the same as you did...or checked after the ace flopped to make it look like I was drawing dead... well played!
I finished my cpe for the year Brad. I'm guessing I have the same feeling as you had when you dragged that pot with the pocket 10s.
You're a magician. Oh, I don't mean at poker, although you are pretty good. at like 12:00 you appear to be in two places at once. Impressive. Love the channel.
great explanation in the end brad
Great video, you are a clear thinker. As for those commentators.... god I miss Gabe, I think he's actually played a few hands before too.
