Devin's last fry scream was mind boggling, holy shit! I was at the Arizona show the day after this one and Devin also pulled a scream in the other section. I'm looking for it but still no one has upload it here on YT.

Yeah, the were on @RickBeato's channel and really broke down music theory, amps w cabinets vs pug ins, etc. Devin is a genius. Tosin just sat and learned. Where's John Myung? Lol.

Did Devy do a scream instead of the high note? lol His voice must have been tired and couldn't get that note clean. I love it.

He's done the high note other times but he's doing the scream now. He can do it just fine

@@Reaper_681 I’ve been a fan of Devin for 16 years and had watched several different videos of him performing this with the high note and it was shocking to hear the scream. So as a singer I figured he probably was just experiencing vocal fatigue after a great performance. It happens and in no way takes away from the man’s obvious talent. But typically it’s easier to throw out a scream than it is to hold a high note when your voice is worn out.

@@ChasingKillersMusic I think that it's often hard to tell with him. Sometimes he will do a scream when his voice is a bit tired out and he knows he won't be able to quite nail a high note like he usually can, but sometimes he'll just choose to scream cuz he feels like it in the moment. I'd imagine in this case it's more of a choice (there are a number of clips of him doing a scream, and a number of him singing the note) as his set for Dreamsonic isn't nearly as vocally demanding as when he headlines.
