Guys, you two are incredible... I love his smile while she concentrates on analyzing in her head all the sounds that happen second by second. 😆 Greetings from Lanús, Argentina 🇱🇻🇦🇷

Hi Shufflers, Dave here, in a pub on the Isle of Wight (off the south coast of England), where I can't listen in, but just wanted to say that Six Degrees is my favourite DT album. Instead of you, I am listening to a pub pianist playing songs from Oliver!

Great reaction! “The Glass Prison” contains the first three parts of the Suite (“Reflection,” “Restoration,” and “Revelation”).

it's a great piece. The Chapman Stick is my favorite part and sadly, I'm not sure if they ever had John Myung use again. I also often associate Pantera with this tune per Petrucci and Portnoy attended a Pantera show if I recall right before they wrote it. Some of the riffs are very remiscent of Pantera and Cowboys from Hell. That groove-metal vibe. ..Also it just hit me, there's a section that reminds me of King's X's "Moan Jam" as well. The really fast, energetic section in the 2nd half.

Myung uses the Chapman Stick also on New Millennium on Falling Into Infinity.

Maybe someday you'll tackle disc 2 of this unbelievably epic album. The 42 minute ultra epic Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence.
