Dream Theater is one of our favorite bands of all time, and "The Spirit Carries On" is one of our favorite songs from their iconic album, Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory. Today, we take a departure from our original music tracks to present this beautiful song in a unique way.
This video is our homage to both the band and the song, created through AI imagery. We asked AI to listen to and interpret the song's lyrics and generate corresponding image prompts, which we then used to generate the images. We then upscaled, animated, and edited these images to create this video. It's a fun experiment in AI advancements and a tribute to Dream Theater and this uplifting, beautiful song.
