SO HAPPY TO SEE THE PROCESS OF THE MOST AWAITED 7DREAM CONCERT!!!

Mark is such an incredible leader from voicing the other dreamies' concerns about the concert, to making sure haechan and jaemin got a chance to talk since they were not there but still letting Rino know they trust her ideas. And of course how he's always encouraging the other dreamies. Mark is an amazing soul you don't see a gem like him often and I hope he feels all the love he is deserving of always.

It's the tone of happiness and pride in Mark's voice when he introduced the members that gets me, he's so endearing, I don't think any amount of fame will ever snuff out the humbleness instilled in him 💚

Truly a BEAUTIFUL insight. I think how idols' work is always somewhat a mystery, or that people almost see them as hostages of their company. Although some of it is evidently true, I don't believe SM is that kind of a company just by seeing the longevity of their artists and how their system truly price music/artistry. Seeing clips like this gives more perspective and understanding to kpop fans about how idols work. I hope SM embrace this transparency more, I love it💚

I find it amazing and such a green flag, Mark caring so much towards the members opinions being counted and relayed well so there will be no misunderstanding or thoughts of pushing their ideals but just sharing their opinion. Idk what am saying but as a person who can speak 4 language, I still find it hard to voice my opinion with the right words and actions so people won't misunderstood. I just find them so professional. If I'm a person working on the same field I'd be so honoured and glad to work with them seeing how they care about the detail especially they are the performers and they knew their thing more than the staffs while the stage and concert staffs knew how to make the flow and stage look great. This is a nice collaboration of ideas.

I loved hearing all of their creative inputs and opinions on how they'd like subtle but noticeable changes in the ways their concert is done, it's really interesting I truly love this part of the behind the scenes as it's our first time seeing this aspect of their work too
