It's appropriate that Taeyong is the leader of the group. He really has the spirit of a leader. Even when it's not working time or performing, he still takes care of the members, compliments, encourages, and approaches the younger members first so they don't feel uncomfortable or uninvolved. Especially Shotaro, who is new and not fluent in Korean, but he looks relaxed and fun around Taeyong.
