    I love how "real" this is. No funky edm music blaring to cheesy b-roll. This is just a guy building a pc and it's awesome. Actually a fairly detailed build video too considering it's kind of a montage. Excellent work, looks amazing

    I get this video as an advertisement all the time. I've watched it all the way through 4 or 5 times. The build is excellent and watching it come together is awesome. And the near total silence, just ratcheting screwdrivers, is somehow therapeutic.

    Built my latest system, was supposed to just be an upgrade on minor hardware but... tunred into a full new system, in one of these cases with a 9900k, 360 aio, 32 gb corsair vengeance rgb, m.2s, (over the top but...) rtx 2080 ti sli in verticle mount with riser cables, and a lot of fans... i did upgrade my 850w psu to 1000 just in case for power draw while OC. No custom loop but i can manage the gpu temps to within 5 degrees celcius of each other under load at 4k. This is also keeping the top temp card below 80 C. The air flow and fan position options are amazing which i couldnt be happier with. It is a large case, bigger than my corsair 540, thats for sure. Honestly i would recommend this case for those who want plenty of room for wire management and possible expansion into a custom loop. My only warning is only for those who want to run sli/crossfire in verticle position. If you cards take up 3 slots and want space in between them in which you plan to use pcie risers then make sure the cable that goes into the mobo is very short, like 1/2" short. Otherwise you will not have the space to install the cards.

    On the inside vertical radiator Bracket I put 4 SSD's I just made 8 Brackets that hold the SSD's in place using the 140mm fan mounting holes I made them with my 3d Printer. Then I added 4 120mm Fans behind the SSD's for cooling. I used the two hard drive enclosure for 6tb Storage drives. Aslo if i need more SSD's I could do the same with the top mount. I also added 2 more SSD's on the top just drilled holes in the Top of the hard drive cage. Just Mod to fit your needs more!! If anyone is interested in the 3D printed Brackets just contact me through my KZread email.

    The Reset switch on the controller is there for you to connect your Reset cable to if you want a button to control the RGB fans. By connecting it there you just push the Reset button to change colours. You can also connect it there temporarily if you want to use your motherboard's software control instead. You just plug the Reset cable in, hold the button for 3 seconds, and then your controller switches to motherboard control. Then you can plug the Reset cable back into your motherboard.

  • @SinisterUltimatum

    @SinisterUltimatum

    4 жыл бұрын

    The Pure style fans in the case are controlled by a controller that comes with the case that allows the user to either control their RGB functionality with a hardware button, or with motherboard software. Other Thermaltake fans (such as the Riings) require a seperate controller and also require Thermaltake software.
