Two Dream Builds in one week. Dreams do come true!

I used to have an old peugeot bike with hand painted doodles like these. After a year of riding i took some acetone and wiped if off and had wonderfull imprint of it. What was previously a doodle became shiny black and the rest was matte. Reall classy look.

I’ve been building my bikes for 40 years, but my good this fella rocks, absolutely superb……….

What grease do you use to assemble? And do most clients request the stem to be slammed with no spacers or height to play with?

The headset bearings? The grease acts as a water-resistant barrier for the headset assembly, preventing the races from rusting. Headset assemblies must not be installed dry.

He literally used a torque wrench within the first minute. And you 100% need a torque wrench.

Sure Phil and "True Artists" never crack carbon frames or parts because of feel and experience. Gee uses torque wrenches as do most quality builders with feel & experience. It's just foolish not to use a torque wrench on all bikes, especially high dollar carbon builds.
