Drawpoint | Cuyuna Recreation Area | Crosby, MN

Спорт

1.6 miles with only 114 VF of climbing involved makes this trail an easier black diamond. To me, this trail seems like an introductory trail to black diamond trails. It is still a lot of fun with fun drops, flowy sections with nice berms, jumps and rock gardens. A great starting point before hitting Sinter.

I wish there was something kind of between this and sinter. the most committing thing on drawpoint is probably that one steeper rock garden, it feels like such a step up to the longer drops on sinter.

Yes! I agree with this a lot. Drawpoint seems to be just above a blue square where as Sinter seems to be just below Sludgehammer. I think the middle black diamond at Cuyuna is Winze. Personally, I think Drawpoint is the easier black diamond, Winze is the intermediate black diamond and Sinter is the harder (ish) black diamond. Now, talking about Sinter to Sludgehammer is a big jump haha

like the videos Not sure if posting for fun or wanting to build up a following but if the latter, maybe some kind of intro/outro, background info on where your at or even thoughts as your riding. That for me at least, is what I like in some of the other mtb channels I follow.

Thanks! I have been posting videos mainly for fun. I am not really trying to gain followers (if I get some great!) but I just enjoy putting out content on trails I've ridden (And for me to re-watch if I go back to those trails and ride them again, which is the 100% reason I started making videos). I do follow a lot of other channels but I mainly skip the talking at the beginning so I can get to the riding portion. I figured there may be more out there that just want to see the trail. So, that's the audience that I suppose I'm going after. I do appreciate the ideas. I may have to add more commentary while I am riding in the future, though!
