W. maybe he refused to give a tip, then they decided to handcuffed him. The police action in this video looks like the are enjoying him. Who called the camera men and why they have to show his face to the whole country?Even if he didnt use uniform why treat him this way? We help to pay what,? Its good to help but how much?.

The gentle man is not a criminal but simply poor. He couldn't afford money to buy the uniform or to pay fine and that is why he tried to escape. May God bless him and his family to enter in a destiny part of greatness. Have seen a very heartbreaking ugly action.
