This was great!!! Thank you Tommy for your service! I completely agree with the disconnect of mind and body, as well as the need to integrate. I actually do Somatic Movement therapy in addition to other therapies to integrate and reduce my startle response amongst other mood symptoms. It's amazing and it's only been a few weeks!! As a psychotherapist, it's nothing I was trained in, and I'm so glad I stumbled upon it while looking up trauma therapy. Also, I LOVE Brene Brown! I highly recommend getting the audio version of her books because it's her voice reading them. She also has a free podcast! Much love Drake!!

Brene Brown is incredible! I actually gave Alex a book by her with a few sections highlighted several months ago that had me thinking of her and Drake. Great interview so far! I'm just a few minutes in and loving it!
