I guarantee home owner pushed all that grease back into that clean out trap... the pipe into the clean out trap was partially blocked, and should have been jetted too... I'm not sure what has occurred, but you're just doing the minimum to clean these blockages... It important you do the BEST work always... the Lord requires it... otherwise you give a bad reputation of Christians... All Okay.... 👍 (no two thumbs today.... ) Stay Safe & Healthy... 🙏
