Thank you for the informations ! The drummer does some sincopated double bass patterns that are appreciable . In general i personally prefer the variety to the endurance helicopter style

It's a cool move but I'll be honest... Herman does it way too much, lol. Starts to lose the wow factor when you do it like six times in a song.

It's actually Sam (Totman) who writes almost all of their guitar parts. Herman does a lot of the producing in the studio for the band :)

Sam totman was born in Hertfordshire and moved at a young age to new Zealand but is British.

Credit for the vocal melody has gotta go to ZP, their original vocalist. All these big tracks were actually with him on vocals and nobody does them better. Full props to their new guy. He's good too, just different. In fact, only three band members remain from that era. Original drummer was Dave Mackintosh and bassist was Adrian Lambert. I actually met ZP years ago (along with the rest of the band at the time minus the bassist) after a show. We both shared a fondness for Geoff Tate's voice. I will still swear to this day that Sam was pissed (drunk for the Americans out there) before the gig even started (he was the only one to also hang BEFORE the show) and still played flawlessly.

Great shirt on the left . The singer has personality a good amount of charisma , and for sure talent ! Anyway he has a strong inspiration in power metal singing (There is obviously a special technic *tipo "falsetto" in italiano* to reach particular high peaks with same power that allows in normal voice to reach lower peaks) ! Strong voice with a lot of extension expecially for high notes ! I like the drummer when he does double bass sincopated patterns around the half of the video-slightly more

It's their longest song they made but I swear , you won't be bored . It's an adventurous song. DF used to be known for not being good live many years ago, they all had some serious alcohol problems and as you can imagine playing like this while fall to the ground drunk was not possible, when I heard that they got back being great live I was super happy and now they are perfect in every show. If you look up like a 2004 2005 video you will notice how the play is much more sloppy.

Cult of Luna & Julie Christmas - Cygnus. Julie is just one of the best vocalists nowadays, she's both the porcelain and the one who breaks it, and the ending is a trip to another planet.

Marc is the way better singer but old Drunkenforce was much more fun. ZP has much more connection to the Fans, the Band made Mistakes and laugh about it and it was a real relaxed and good atmosphere. But nowadays they are just professionals. I want old Drunkenforce back😇
