The blazefang arrow is actually pretty good once you learn how to cancel out of the flight controls. That allows you to spam it more.

I’m playing as warfarer that uses both archer and magic archer skills/weapons.

Archer is my favorite class to play solo, if you play slow and tactical it becomes really fun

Just be a Warfarer and have the 2 best skills of each vocation.

Pairing MA with a fighter pawn with provocation and drums helps with it´s lack of evasion moves.

Archer can easly escape when enemy is close. Magic Archer has really bad movement so when you're sorrunded and without pawns around, you're dead. Saurians will beat you and you'll be stunned whole fight.

Magic archer is completely broken why would you need to reposition when everything is dead in like two seconds 😂

@@BowserStrange Because when you'll run into the middle of the group of goblins or saurians, you're under 40th lvl and you're atmor doesn't give you strike protection, you can stuck. Enemies will be hitting you until some of the pawns will take them from you. And if you don't have potions, you have problem

Blaze arrow is aoe. the dragon and snake boss in unmoored world had many weakness target. Blaze give good damage.

A lot of people are dismissing archer as the weakest DPS and glorifying magick archer because its OP but its not actually because Magick Archer is a Glass Cannon with little to no defense and mobility, its mostly good for bosses but when it comes to multiple mobs where you are surrounded you’re a sitting duck. Archer on the other hand has mobility and its gameplay revolves around you being tactical using carefully positioned shots to get the most damage possible and its also the class that can apply status effects as fast as possible, A bow with Dwarven Enhancements can easily knockback any boss compared to any skill Magick Archer has.

Magic Archer is seriously OP.

People in this comment section saying migik archer is weak needs to ✋🏽! That is definitely a skill issue, that class can straight nuke things with very little effort, I love archer but refuse to give or accept a dishonest take.

Asked no one ever.... M archer is the strongest vocation on both games..

DD1's Magic Archer was better in the shooting animations. They felt direct and powerful not like DD2 where you feel your throwing fairy dust at enemies.

I've played both. And realised the magik archer was not so fun nor so powerful...

@@BowserStrange I've played almost all vocations (but not the trickster) to rank 9. I don't say the magik archer is bad or weak. I just say I' ve got no fun and any feeling of power. Maybe I've missed something...

Yeah these 2 vocations cant be compared interms of dmg coz 1 is Broken OP (MA) and the other is one of the weakest DPS (Archer) in the game. I do like archer though its one of my favorite fun class to play compared to MA. Also the poison arrow is a joke right? saying its the strongest skill in the game? lol, That skill is a joke, the dmg is not worth the expense. 2k per arrow just for a skill and if you have gold you'd have to go through the trouble of sleeping multiple times just to get enough of it or farm poison lizards all day just to craft a few. The dmg is not even close to other vocations skills that are not the strongest, not to mention archer has the most useless skill in the game as an arisen. I love the archer but i dont play the archer vocation but warfarer with full archer set up since the maester skills is useless no point using the vocation and MA is just broken even the MA npc is OP.

Magick archer broke the game and made me end up super bored because of how OP it is. Ricochet arrow vs any dungeon is an absolute joke. You fire and just watch the XP come in.

Stopped playing the game because all the classes suck compared to the last games.
